Why the needs differ
Storage, shipping, and quiet space to pack
Most coworking trial days are built around laptop work: a desk, a chair, a decent chair back. If part of your day involves photographing products, packing orders or storing inventory boxes, that changes which spaces make sense to trial in the first place. We flag this during the initial call so the trial day isn't wasted on a space that turns out to have a strict no-boxes policy.
Local courier and post office orientation
As part of the guided neighbourhood walk, we point out the nearest post office counter and the private courier drop-off points, along with rough cut-off times for same-day collection.
Print shops for labels and documentation
Useful for shipping labels or invoices when your printer hasn't arrived yet, or simply doesn't exist. Most neighbourhoods have at least one copy shop within a short walk.
Connectivity for order management platforms
SIM and data setup follows the same process as the standard orientation, though we note which plans include a higher data allowance for people syncing order and inventory dashboards throughout the day.
