These terms set out the basis on which you may use this website and engage with the settling-in orientation service described on it. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.
A. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing this website, submitting the contact form, or otherwise engaging with Juhiju Weyape, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of them, we would ask that you refrain from using the site or contacting us for the service.
B. Description of the service
Juhiju Weyape provides practical, informational orientation to remote workers and digital nomads arriving in Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara. This can include arranging coworking trial days, coordinating local SIM and mobile data setup, introducing clients to expat and remote-worker communities, conducting a guided neighbourhood walk, and accompanying clients to the town hall for address registration procedures.
C. Nature of the service
This service is explicitly not an immigration consultancy, law firm, visa agency or tax advisory service. Nothing communicated through this website, by email, or in person constitutes legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. Matters relating to visas, residence permits, work authorisation or any immigration status must be directed to a licensed immigration lawyer or the competent Romanian government authority.
D. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their arrival, housing arrangements and identification documents where relevant to a specific orientation step, such as SIM registration or town hall accompaniment. We are not responsible for delays or complications arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by a client.
E. Scheduling with partners
Coworking trial days, mobile carrier appointments and community introductions depend on the availability of independent third parties, including coworking operators, carrier stores and community organisers. While we make reasonable efforts to confirm arrangements in advance, availability can change, and we cannot guarantee that any specific arrangement will proceed exactly as scheduled.
F. Fees and arrangements
Any applicable fees for orientation support are agreed directly with the client prior to the relevant service being carried out. Fees for third-party products or services, such as SIM cards, coworking memberships or courier handling, are set independently by those third parties and are not controlled by Juhiju Weyape.
G. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Romanian law, Juhiju Weyape shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the orientation service, including but not limited to delays caused by third parties, changes in local administrative procedures, or inaccuracies in publicly available information referenced during the orientation.
H. Intellectual property
All text, graphics, layout and other original content on this website are the property of Juhiju Weyape unless otherwise indicated, and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
I. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
